Lovely place to stay

We enjoyed our stay-lovely view and walking distance to everything. We had issues with the air-conditioning and the buggy indicator did not work but it was sorted out immediately - we appreciated the quick response. Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful family friendly apartment

We spent 10 beautiful nights in this apartment. Cannot fault it! Everything from being greeted by the friendly Caroline, the beautifully presented apartment that was full of everything a home would have, the mid week buggy clean & maintenance, communication, bottle of bubbly, wonderful location and the lovely valet service back to the airport. Would highly recommend, cannot fault it! Would definitely stay here again 10/10!

Fantastic Stay

We couldn't fault our stay at Poinciana 11. Had everything we needed and a fantastic location with a beautiful view. Good for two couples as there were two bathrooms. Caroline was wonderful and easy to contact if we needed anything throughout our stay. We would stay here again next time in Hamilton Island!

This property was amazing, every thing you could think of that you might need was in the apartment.

This is a beautiful , Clean apartment and has everything that you could think of to make your stay enjoyable . I love to cook and found then kitchen just amazing. The only thing that was missing are baking trays .

Wonderful property

This was by far the best property we have stayed at on Hamilton Island. Exceptionally clean with all amenities of a 5 star resort. Loved the wallabies outside in the morning and afternoon. Will be back.

Fantastic Property with Amazing Views

The apartment had everything we needed and more. The welcome basket and bottle of bubbles on arrival were a very much appreciated. The view from the patio is spectacular and is a great place to watch the local wallabies and birds. We loved the buggy which made it fun & easy to get around the island. From time of booking to being dropped back at the airport the attention to detail by the hosts is outstanding.

Quality Everything

From the Valet pick up and cart keys handed over you could tell it was going to be quality. Cart was clean and in great condition to start off with. Walking into the apartment was exactly as the photos looked. Everything was clean and of quality. Have stayed and many holiday places and you normally get minimal bad quality stuff supplied and usually not enough of it, not here. The added benefit of not having to lug all the baby gear over to the island was fantastic. This place is set up for family. Love this place and already planning our next trip there. Highly recommend this appartment.

Stylish yet affordable

Great location and apartment was beautifully renovated and very clean. Probably would have been good to get fresh bath and beach towels replaced as we stayed for over 10 days. Apart from that throughly enjoyed our stay and not to mention the wildlife at your doorstep.

Wonderful spot for a Holiday

This unit is in excellent condition throughout. Fully refurbished kitchen and bathrooms were a delight. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you could need, including thoughtful little extras like salt, pepper, cooking oil, foil and gladwrap. Beds were comfortable, and although we didn't need them, ceiling fans and A/C in both bedrooms would make it comfortable in the warmer months. Very central position on the island, with views over Catseye beach. Only a short walk (or even shorter drive in buggy) to main street of shops and restaurants, and to the beach. Best part was the block of units have a lawned area out front that slope down into some bushland, and as such we were visited everyday by wallabies, curlews and cockatoos. Highly recommend Poinciana 011, and look forward to returning.

Beautiful apartment, perfect location- paradise!

We were very lucky to enjoy a beautiful stay at Poinciana 011. From the moment we were greeted at the airport and got our buggy we were in paradise and we were thrilled that the apartment looked exactly like the pictures. It was gorgeous, clean and in the perfect location. We used the golf buggy to get about but you could easily walk to the marina, eateries and shops. We deliberated for ages when booking, and I guarantee you will not be disappointed staying here. We did get a peek at some of the other apartments in the complex and we were pleased we had spent a bit more to stay in 011. Thank you for an unforgettable stay- we hope to be back one day.

Paradise

Just finished 7 lovely nice in this apartment. Ground floor so each morning we woke up to kangaroos out the front and native birds chirping. It ss truly wonderful. It is presented spotlessly with all the ammenities you could ever need. I would recommend this to anyone we had a great time

We loved our stay

Poinciana 011 was in an excellent location and with our golf buggy we could explore the island very easily. We were very happy once we finally got in to our unit and didn't look back. The cooking facilities and supply of crockery, dishes etc was excellent. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Luxury Condo on Hamilton Island

We booked the condo through Stayz and it was our second vacation rental property we have ever stayed at. We were blown away at the level of quality in the decor and especially the kitchen. The ground floor patio is a huge benefit because it made the condo feel even larger then it already was. We highly recommend the vacation property for the location on the island (the buggy wad a fun perk!), the style and finish of the condo, and the customer service of Villa Care.

Excellent property

Very nice property that has been recently renovated to a high standard (Miele appliances etc). The photos are a good representation of the property, and it was lovely getting up to a view of the ocean every morning. Since you can do most of the resort activities, and use the pools etc, it is certainly a serious option for people staying on Hamilton Island. Some additional information - Hamilton Island must transmit a couple of Foxtel's channels, which are available on all the TVs in the property. - From stepping off the airplane to being alone in the apartment was about 15 mins, which was awesome with a 12 month old. This included, meeting the private transport, getting our bags, being driven to the property and being shown around. - The golf buggy is great and we used it every day. It doesn't have child seat restraints, but we used a baby carrier which was fine. It certainly makes getting around the island very easy. - Take the golf buggy up to one tree hill and have cocktails in the afternoon, especially if it's nice weather. - The only downside is that if you want to walk, there is no footpath out the front of the property. There is also a fairly busy intersection that is hard to cross with a stroller, and no foot path, so we usually took the golf buggy for this reason. - Don't worry about the 'kids eat free' info, the kids meals are $12 each, so it's not a big cost.

Amazing place
