Amazing hotel and wonderful staff, made stay in Rome very enjoyable. The breakfast had a lot of variety with tasty options. Highly recommend. Found it easy to walk to other popular areas as well and transportation was easy due to close proximity to Ottaviano metro station.

The only problem I have with my stay is that I keep getting crappy rooms because Expedia buys blocks of rooms from hotels and then when you use them, they put you in a room that’s next to the utility room or right next to the elevators or some inconvenient spot that the hotels have a hard time filling

Room was lovely. Staff were amazing. We really appreciated our email requests being granted: adjacent rooms (as my mum travelled with us) and a high floor. Breakfast included in the price was a huge plus. Location fab. Would definitely stay here again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

"Good spot. Breakfast is great! Convenient check in options for check in after reception hours. No 24/7 front desk. Didn't have a kettle or silverware in the room but ot was no problem getting some from the staff. Very friendly! The pillows were pretty bad, super soft with feathers and no other options ..."
