"Really cannot fault this hotel. The location was convenient for the NC500, the room was clean and comfortable and everything was in good condition. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Both the food and the service in the restaurant were excellent. They were very dog friendly and the price for both the room and the food was surprisingly reasonable. Very impressed."

Room was spacious and comfortable, so lovely to have a bath after a long day.
Breakfast as excellent, our daughter loved picking what she wanted and said it was her favourite place we stayed all holiday! "

"We had alwasy said we wished to stay at the Sands whenever we have visited the Orkneys before. We booked Watersounds which was a family suite and was not disappointed. The suite, facilities, friendliness, food well....everything was so much more than we hoped for and some. Excellent place to tour the islandsas a base or just to relax and enjoy the scenery and pace of life. "
