"just got back from a stay in Krakow today and all I can say is I wished we had discovered these apartments years ago. from the staff who were just marvellous to the ideal location of the apartments and the fact that they were spotlessly clean. we travel to Krakow at least twice a year and have found most of the accommodation to be average at best ranging down to very poor. for the price I will defy anybody to find anywhere as good"

"We had a spacious room in an two story appartment on the fourth floor (no elevator). No AC, but a fan was provided and moscito neting on the windows helped to have some breeze in the room. We were greeted with a nice goody bag - nice touch by the home owner. The shared bathroom and kitchen (with the use of fridge and other utilities) were clean and convenient. Parking was a bit hard as this is a busy residential area. "

"The accommodation is great and the wine bar and staff is an excellent addition, the area is in good walking distance from the busy part of town, however if you are a light sleeper you will be disturbed by the noise made by tram's that pass at the end of the road."

"Just returned from a two night break staying at Aparthotel Delta Boutique. Fantastic place, very clean, modern rooms. Correspondence with reception prior to arrival was superb, giving us all information needed to get into building and room on our arrival. Location was brilliant with many bars and eateries close by. We had never been to Krakow before, will definitely return and stay here again 😊"

Would be useful to have another bed side cabinet, but guess hard to find as specific colour design and type of furniture for room. "Lovely place, great location, helpful staff, a few noises from the street but i liked that. Ill stay again if/when i return to Krakow. They printed my bus onward bus ticket without the blink of an eye and left me in the vompany of s cuddly psnda for 3 nights. I felt blessed. Good people!!!"

"I arrived 5 minutes after the staffed check-in time of 5pm, but I don't think it'd matter, I didn't see anyone at their reception my entire stay. If you're unlucky enough to miss reception, like I was, you'll need to call to a local Krakow number to get instructions over the phone. "Hotel was ok, it was the sister hotel to the spratz aparthotel, which when we went to was lovely. It was in a good area of the Jewish quarter near the square with moomoo and Ariel on. "When I arrived at the hotel late (I had messaged ahead to say what time I would arrive) there was no answer when I pressed the buzzer. I phoned them and was let in by a member of staff who apologised for having fallen asleep. My room was very close to the desk which wasn’t ideal because I could hear other guests moving around and arriving, but I have to say everytime I passed there was not a member of staff there.
