    Welcome to Den Oever! This modern and comfortable holiday home is in an excellent location within walking distance of the beach. Use the stylishly furnished house as a base for a relaxing break with the ideal combination of beach days and exploring the surrounding area. Relax in the in-house sauna after a long bike ride and enjoy the marvellous sea panorama during meals together.



    Enjoy the morning sun on your front terrace and look out over the harbour with its sailing boats. In the afternoon, you can sit in the large garden at the back of the house with its own jetty. Here you can jump into the water, sail or take your boat to the Wadden Sea.



    You will spend your holiday on the former island of Wieringen near the IJsselmeer and the Wadden Sea. The short distance to the various waters makes it an ideal location for water sports enthusiasts. Here you can sail, swim, surf, fish and much more. Nature lovers will get their money's worth on a mudflat or seal walk.

Ein Platz für eine kleine Auszeit

Wir hatten eine super erholsame Woche. Das Wetter war top. Das Haus super und hochwertig ausgestattet. Der Blick aufs Wasser ist unbezahlbar. In der Umgebung ist nicht viel zu sehen. Man muss schon etwas weiter fahren. Aber das Haus würde ich jedem Weiter empfehlen.

Wunschlos Glücklich

Sehr modern und schön eingerichtetes Haus mit Zaun und eigenem Steg zum Wasser. Von der Terrasse aus, kann man wunderbar den Sonnenuntergang anschauen. Der liebevoll gestaltete Garten macht das Ganze dann perfekt. Es ist alles da Geschirr über Elektrogeräten Mit Mikrowelle, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Kühl und Gefrierschrank, Wasserkocher. Funktioniert auch sehr gut. Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus mit toller Aussicht auf den Yachthafen, auf der einen Seite und auch sehr viel Wasser mit enden, Haubentauchern, Gänse und einen ausfallende Segel und Motorboote. Sehr ruhig.

Haus mit Sauna in ungewöhnlicher Umgebung

Wir hatten in diesem schönen Haus, eine wunderbare erholsame Urlaubswoche. Auch die Küche des Hauses ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lies keine Wünsche offen. Die einzigartige Lage macht das Wohnen dort zum Erlebnis. Wir fanden das Haus sauber und gut beheizt vor. Nach unseren ausgedehnten Spaziergängen, war die Sauna an kühlen Tagen eine gelungene Abrundung. Auch unser Hund war willkommen, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.
