The bar service was extraordinarily slow. There did not seem to be enough staff to meet customer demand - this may have been due to increased patronage as a result of the annual Night of the Museums event. We have stayed at this hotel several times. Always a good experience. Breakfast is very good. The Bed was fantastic; so comfortable. Our room was very quiet and it was very easy to adjust the thermostat. The check-in process is always easy and fast.
