Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast! The views of the lake from the room were superb. Just a heads-up to anyone picky about AC, there is none. There was a fan in our room and with the windows open, the warmth was manageable.

It was a wonderful two nights! Dinner by the lake was a dream (lake Como vibes!) and getting sunshine by the pool and lake after a Stoos Ridge hike was a highlight. We loved sitting on the balcony into the evening. Great restaurants all in walking distance. Pillows were very soft so we asked for a few extra and they brought them right away. They provide pool towels too! We ate at the Italian Restaurant at the hotel for dinner the first night.

Very nice hotel in a great location. The staff was great! Always smiling, always friendly and always ready to assist in any way. Breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed a great dinner there. Only suggestions that would have made it more enjoyable for me is if they had softer pillows and if electrical outlets were at more convenient locations. (I had to get on my knees and reach under a table to plug things in)

Great air conditioning during a hot July visit, room and amenities were lovely, and the breakfast was very nice! It’s a short stroll to the old town and bridge and there are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again!
