"The front desk lady Nikki was very nice and helpful. I appreciate her Energy places always nice and clean and their rooms are always kept together the way they’re supposed to be our recommend staying here if you’re moving around a lot because it’s not too far from Tacoma and it’s not too far from Bremerton and it’s not too far from Seattle or the airport just a recommendation if you move around a lot."

"Room was clean. Staff was ok but I had to leave my room for a couple of hours so that was pretty inconvenient so that they can put in a new air conditioning"

"The common areas and the elevated were pretty rundown, but the rooms themselves were well maintained. I had a devil of a time trying to find an ice machine on the second floor of this facility and finally walked down the stairs to the first floor. That seemed a bit inconvenient. The front desk staff was very helpful and responsive. Wi-Fi tech-support was helpful as well."

"No breakfast menu, clean bed but the rest of the room was pretty warn down, room door was gapped from top to bottom, very noisy inside do too the door being gapped. Door did not seal properly, bathroom faucet was extremely stiff and loose at the base. Rude people talking extremely loud outside late night plus someone had a dog barking in the next room. Hard to sleep. Personally I won't be back. "

"Loved the great communication especially since this reservation was made at the last minute. Kirsten was so compassionate to as to my family emergency. Home is wonderful for a family. Plenty of room. Great for pups too with lots of yard to walk around in and sidewalks around the neighborhood. Nice choice of channels and programs on the tv. Home was very clean except for a spot on the couch. Also, a real bonus that Kirsten does not require anything to be done upon vacating the home. I have never seen that before. Very convenient location to get to Tacoma or Seattle too. Would definitely stay again. "
