"I reserved non smoking room but they said only smoking room was avaliable. I couldnt sleep because of bad smell."

"There was a bug when we checked in that scurried into the shadows of the table, we took a picture for reference and it looked brownish reddish about half a inch in length (did not jump, had antennas). We tried to get a bottle of water from the vending machine or front desk around 1am when we checked in and it was not available.. it didn't meet the majority of expectations of a 3 star Expedia hotel. We checked out within 5 hrs of arrival despite a 2 day booking. ."

"The hallways have a terrible stench that possible seep into the rooms too. The hallway carpets are visibly disgustingly dirty. The grime mixed up with overwhelming cleaning detergent is what probably creates the disgusting smell. The property says breakfast offered but its a small open door cupboard with coffee on the top and 2 trays with fruit bars and small muffins on the inner shelf. Bathroom shower curtain bar was loose off of both ends, was worried that it would come off before we left. Taking a shower was a pain having to keep drawing the curtain on both side as it would keep sliding off as the curved bar was loose and not held in place properly to hold the curtain in place. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wasnt a pleasant stay at all. Definitely will not be going back."

"Great property! Accurate listing, beds and furniture were very comfortable. Nice neighborhood close to San Francisco and Napa for day outings. Communication with host was great."

"Hotel was under renovation. That was not disclosed during the time of booking. The tv in the room stopped working after 2 hours of getting situated, as well as the phone inside the room. The hotel offered to change the room, but only had rooms with queen beds available. We were too exhausted to pack up and drag our luggage to another room, so we just stayed in that room. The hotel stated free full continental breakfast. We came downstairs in the morning and were each handed a brown paper bag with a grab-and-breakfast. It was awful!! Don’t even ask about the gym - it was not accessible due to the renovations. Extremely disappointing experience. I felt mislead and borderline scammed! The staff were friendly and our cars remained safe in the parking lot. I do not recommend staying here unless the hotel actually provides exactly what is stated on their website. You have been warned. "
