I was able to book a last minute room and the staff was super friendly. The location was very convient and close to the train station. I'd definitely stay here again!

I spent nearly two weeks in Switzerland and my best meal of the trip was in this hotel restaurant. I loved the gardens, the staff and the views. Sophia at the reception desk was charming and gracious.

Highly recommend!

Quiet, comfy, spacious. Enjoyed the balcony and the backyard garden area. 2 minute walk to the bus stop. Complimentary pass for riding local buses. Several good restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk.

The staff here are personable and friendly. There's an Interlaken Travel Place right across the way, a market less than a 5 minute walk away, and the train is also a 5 minute walk away. The food in the restaurant is good. Nice buffet! The room is charming and quaint, there is a killer view of the alps from my window, and the outside gardens are stunning. This place is a real find. Love it so much. I plan to come back. :-)

Ideal für 1-2 Nächte, zentral gelegen. (Bahnhof)

Freundliches Personal. Reinhard als Chef des Hotels gesprächsbereit, Lösungsorientiert! Rezeption gut. Nach unserer Erfahrung dürfte die dritte Etage nicht mehr vermietet werden. Von Komfort keine Rede. WC / Dusche eine Etage tiefer, man denke an die Nacht und die älteren Gäste! Zu rühmen wäre das grosszügige Frühstücksbuffet!

値段的にしょうがないのかな、、

スタッフはフレンドリーで皆さん気持ちの良い対応でした。 建物は古くエレベーターがないため3階の客室への昇り降りが大変でした。共用トイレ・シャワーも同じフロアにないため昇り降りが必要です。部屋は屋根裏部屋で暑く、設置されていた扇風機を付けたままじゃないと眠れませんでした。ジャグジーを利用しましたが、あまりきれいじゃなかったのですぐに出てしまいました。 朝食は充実していて美味しかったです。 安い？為しょうがないのかもしれませんが、アメニティーはコーヒーと紅茶位でした。

Una estancia simplemente deliciosa

El hotel es fantástico, nos ha encantado. Está en un sitio tranquilo, pero muy bien comunicado para hacer excursiones en Interlaken. La habitación muy espaciosa y cómoda, con vistas a las montañas. El desayuno excelente, buen café, buen pan, todo tipo de yogures .. en un salón con vistas al jardín. El restaurante también muy bien, y nada caro. Y el servicio muy amable.

The hotel is in an older Chalet. It has kind of an eclectic feel to it. That being said it has great character, as do the owner and staff. Close to everything you want to see without being crowded. Beautiful garden and views.

This was an amazing stay al around. The hotel was incredibly clean, the breakfast was great, the staff was friendly and gave us a bunch of discounts for local activities, and we were very close to the train station. We would definitely stay here again.

Das Hotel ist alt aber genau das gefiel mir. Personal sehr freundlich. Matratze für meinen Mann war etwas durchgelegen. Frühstuck war inbegriffen und reichhaltig. Ich würde hier wieder übernachten.

Le seul jour où la neige tombe à bloquer la ville nous décidons de partir pour 2h/3h de route et d’avance nous savions qu’il était impossible de faire le checking à l’heure.... ils ont était d’une gentillesse extraordinaire, on nous a laissé les clés avec le numéro de ka chambre et nous nous sommes installés comme à la maison!
