"Easy parking clean rooms, but no housekeeping on short stays"

"It wasn’t mentioned that the hotel was under construction.The hall and elevator was dirty. Dry wall plaster in carpet. Workers were two doors from room. They worked pass 1800 and started early. The hotel is situated off highway with lots of road noise all night. Staff was extremely friendly and breakfast was more than needed."

"The pictures are deceptive. Calling this a Resort & Spa feels laughable. It's an older hotel and feels a bit rundown. My A/C barely worked while others that stayed said their rooms were frigid. Staff was very nice. Best part of the hotel was the courtyard."

"Really disappointed in guest accommodations as well as the advertisement of being able to have 24 hour access. Unfortunately all spas and pools do not stay warm and were very cold. Also disappointing to come to a spa overnight stay with a broken wrist and no concierge available to deliver my bags to the room. Several flights of stairs and trips to my room made it difficult to relax and enjoy my stay. "
