"pool and hot tub closed. Roaches crawling on walls and someone’s fake eyelashes stuck to the bed"

"The worst hotel experience! Very dirty, mold in corners, mice scat everywhere! Mice chewed through my snacks on counter. The vent in bathroom and heater/AC vent both full of lint, as if not cleaned in months. roaches hiding in bathroom. Signs everywhere for 250$ smokers cleaning fee and the room already reeks of cigarette smoke from other rooms. The continental breakfast was very lame, just bread for toast and cereal. coffee and juice. Also windows very outdated, children could easily fall out."

"The first room I had the carpet was soaked and the room smelled really bad. They were able to switch rooms but the day I checked out there was a roach in the bathroom. I have never had a terrible experience in a hotel in my entire life and I was very disappointed. However, big shout out to the security guy keeping the other patrons out of the parking lot. There is a bar and comedy club in the hotel and security blocked off people from entering to make sure the guests of the hotel had a parking space. The staff was super nice, but the hotel could use some updates. "

"Parking is easy. The WiFi is ok. The staff is amazing. All rooms are cleaned on a schedule and not everyday. Breakfast is not good but you’re better off ordering out. There is no ironing board in each room. They have mouse traps under the beds and around the hotel and yes I saw a mouse in my room. Once it ran out I put something against the doors to keep it from coming in. I guess for the price you get what you get. I guess I’m just paying for the room itself and not the amenities. This hotel has connections to programs so at times you’ll see a lot of people coming and going. They have events mostly on the weekends but it doesn’t bother may stay as I don’t hear any noises. "

"Bryan was wonderful to work with. We had some special circumstances regarding our stay and he was completely accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything needed. The house is on a quiet dead end street. The area seemed safe and we were able to take short walks without any worries. View of the river from the 2nd floor bedroom was wonderful. Watched osprey flying and ducks in the river.I would recommend this property to others. "

"The kitchen was fully equipped with cooking appliances. The house was very clean and had what you needed if you had forgotten anything, shampoo, conditioner ,soap, dishwashing detergent and kitchen soap, towels etc…. neighbors are very quiet. The only issue I had was when parking In the pad outback of the house it was a pain at times because others were parked in the alley making it hard to park or pull out of the parking pad "
