"Breakfast was average but only had it one day because kids running all over area knocking into table, staff not too friendly, never got room cleaned for some reason and had to ask for everything- towels were in short supply and had long hair on every one I used - yuck- and really wanted to use pool and hot tub was brown and I think/hope they were about to clean it but we never went back to check - so disappointed. "

"Very bad customer service, we almost slept in our car and I lost my money! I booked and prepaid two rooms through hotels.com, when I arrived at the hotel 3/28/2026. I was told there were no rooms available due to maintenance issue. The receptionist did not offer any solutions other than I need to contact hotels.com to get my money back. They finally gave one room so our family had to sleep and squeeze in one room. I did what they told me to do, hotels.com had contacted Drury hotel multiple times they were unable to get the refund / cancelation waiver. I have never cancelled the reservation, Drury hotel that cancelled the reservation. To date 4/12/2026 I have not received the refund for the one room the hotel could not provide me. I request Manager or upper level Management of the hotel to look into this issue, thank you."

"Everything was wonderful "

"We asked on the first day for an ironing board and Kleenex. The staff assured me that they would get those things to be but didn't get them to me in time for a funeral I was attending. Was not told that we needed to ask for our room to be cleaned. There were spots on the carpet as well something was very sticky on the carpet. We cleaned the bottom of our shoes but to no prevail. Socks were sticky also. There was something on the back of the bathroom door, blood, makeup, something, was still there after having room cleaned."
