The master suite offers a king bed, SMART TV, and a spacious bath with dual sinks and walk-in shower, while both guest bedrooms have queen beds. Enjoy the screened lanai with ample seating, a private fenced backyard, and the convenience of a 4-seater golf cart (back seats flip down with seat belts). Perfectly located just minutes from shopping, dining, and fun, and only a short drive to Eastport—the newest addition to The Villages!

Eastport is a 10-minute drive (3.5 miles)
Brownwood is a 16-minute drive (6.8 miles)

While every effort is made to keep it in good working order, should the cart become unavailable during your stay, a replacement will not be provided. In that case, you’ll have the option to rent a cart locally so you can continue exploring and enjoying all The Villages has to offer.
