Our goal is to provide you with all of the information you'll need during your stay at this wonderful home in The Villages. If you need any further assistance, we are available 24/7 by phone, email or text if you need anything or have any questions during your stay. We are a local management company and have local vendors to handle any issues that may arise. So, please do not hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance.

The Villages is a 55+ community and therefore has age restrictions for long term guests. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen (19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period. Additionally, neighbors are friends here and pay attention to each other's homes. Therefore, please do not be excessively loud past 9pm.

There is a gate at the neighborhood entrance. Push the red button for access.

Front door code will be sent to you 2 days prior to your booking date.

Guests are permitted access to the entire home, excluding locked areas for owner belongings and supplies. You'll also have access to nearby activities, entertainment and sports, if you choose to purchase a Lifestyle ID and explore everything The Villages has to offer.

The Villages is a GOLF CART COMMUNITY!! There are parallel roads for golf carts only. The Villages has an app where you can find directions to anywhere with the golf cart paths. It is truly a fun experience. The home you are staying in DOES offer use of a golf cart. There are local vendors available to rent (with delivery) golf carts, if desired. Come live like a Villager and try it out for yourself!

GOLF CART:
• 2-Seat Yamaha Gas GOLF CART.
• Golf Cart Maintenance Fee is $125 at the time of booking.
• The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Liability Waiver form to drive, if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to fill out our online liability waiver form (sent two weeks prior to your reservation date). Golf cart key will be provided upon submission.
• Guest is responsible for any monetary damages to themselves, the golf cart, others, or property of others, including any monetary damages incurred during their use.
• We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs. A replacement golf cart will not be provided if there are mechanical issues that prevent usage.

HELPFUL DETAILS BEFORE YOU BOOK:
GUEST POLICY: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.)

PET POLICY: Animals are not permitted in or on the property at any time. Violations may result in fines.

SURVEILLANCE: No cameras on the property at this time.


HELPFUL DETAILS BEFORE YOU ARRIVE:
RESIDENT IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allow two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests. Location details for ID pickup will be sent in the arrival instructions prior to your arrival.

SUPPLIES: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these.

MAIL/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker. Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request. Please contact Village Valet in advance to make arrangements. All requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

DOOR CODE: A unique code will be provided 48 hours before check-in date


HOUSE RULES & DURING YOUR STAY:
AGE RESTRICTIONS: Due to deed and covenant restrictions, guests under the age of 19 may not reside at the property for more than 30 days in total in any calendar year.

REPAIRS/MAINTENANCE/DAMAGE: If anything needs repair or is damaged during your stay, please inform Village Valet as soon as possible, and we will arrange for the appropriate professional to address the issue.

TRASH: Trash cans are NOT used in The Villages. Trash must be in bags and placed at the street the night before. Excessive trash buildup upon check-out may result in extra fees. Please help us by being mindful of trash pickup days. Schedule details for sanitation pickup will be sent in the arrival instructions prior to your arrival.

PARTIES: Parties and events are not permitted. Normal visits from friends or family are welcome; however, large gatherings, organized events, or activities that could cause excessive noise, disturbance, or an excessive number of vehicles are prohibited. Special circumstances may be considered with prior approval. Please contact Village Valet in advance if you would like to request permission for an event or larger gathering.

SMOKING: NO SMOKING OR VAPING is permitted anywhere in or on the property at any time. Violations will result in fines.
