The Greenhouse in The Village of Cason Hammock

The GREENHOUSE is a brand new 3/2 Veranda in The Villages, Florida. The Villages is a 55+ Community that offers over 225 Pickleball Courts, 711 holes of golf, 106 swimming pools, and 3 town squares with nightly music! A gas golf cart is included in the rental, and golf cart paths can take you anywhere in The Villages.

Located in the new Village of Cason Hammock, the Greenhouse is within walking distance to the community pool and only a short golf cart ride from Ezell Rec Center, Aviary Rec Center, and Homestead Rec Center. Pickleball, tennis courts, pools, and more are just minutes away at all of these rec centers. Sawgrass Grove Town Center, which will offer a marketplace, nightly live outdoor entertainment, and restaurants, will soon open nearby. Southern Oaks Championship Golf Course surrounds this wonderful neighborhood.

This open and airy home is professionally decorated with comfortable furniture. Enjoy the 75" Smart TV, with more than 125 channels available on our Xfinity cable and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. All three bedrooms are equipped with brand new, extremely comfortable mattresses. The primary bedroom has an Aireloom Luxury Firm mattress, the first guest room has a Prana Moon Plush Mattress, and the second guest room has a Prana Asana 6.3 Super Plush Mattress. The primary bedroom has a large walk-in closet. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers. A wireless printer is provided for your use.

The backyard is surrounded by walls for your privacy. The screened-in lanai is a perfect place to relax after a long day of pickleball or golf. The kitchen is fully stocked. The reverse osmosis filter is right at the sink; no need to buy water bottles for your stay!

All new appliances in this beautiful house.

House Rules are NO SMOKING in or around the house. Please, no loud music outside. Well-behaved dogs will be considered, no cats due to an allergy.

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay very much in Syndee’s home. It was clean and modern & beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable, especially the king bed in the main bedroom. The house is in the far southern part of the Villages but we knew that when we rented it. It was not a problem! We had a little plumbing issue but Syndee was right on top of it and immediately took care of the problem!

A beautiful home in a wonderful setting

The Greenhouse is a gorgeous and spacious paradise! The beds are extremely comfortable, the kitchen has all the amenities, and the living space is huge! The TVs are very large, so it was easy for us to have friends over and gather to watch the Superbowl. The bathrooms are very large and the showers offer also very spacious. The walk-in closet in the master bath easily accommodates for all your hanging clothes. The garage is immaculately clean and easily fit our vehicle, along with the separate golf cart garage. The lanai is very large and quite comfortable and the outside grill is easily accessible. We loved our stay for the past 2 months and will definitely be back again if the home is available for rent. We enjoyed it being very close to Sawgrass. The neighbors were wonderful and the neighborhood was very quite. The Cason Hammock adult pool is a very close, along with the postal stations. The house was very, very clean and check-in was a snap! We loved everything about this gem. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions and easy to contact if we needed anything. They were right on top of it! Can't say enough about the great communication! Thank you for everything and a great two months!
