We liked the hotel for it's cost, location to shopping and restaurants, and the train station that allowed us to explore Hamburg. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were thankful to secure a late checkout(cost) since we were boarding our cruise in the late afternoon on a Sunday. We stayed for 2 nights. The room had a mini refrigerator and a work area. The room was very spacious and clean.

The restaurant atmosphere was nice and the quality and variety of the breakfast was excellent. The only problem with the parking lot was that it did not have charging stations for electric cars other than Tesla. The staff were friendly and kind.
