"AMAZING! The staff was phenomenal. Five star service all around. Room was beautiful with a ton of amenities. Delicious food and drinks at the pool and in-room dining. Spent 1 afternoon at the spa. Highly recommend. "

"Couldn’t give a zero. I walked in and saw how bad it was, walked out and gave the key back to the front desk. I’ve never stayed in the ghetto but this “suite” is a great example…. Drawer faces in the kitchen were missing, furniture was nasty, the room smelled bad.. the pictures were false advertising. The refund ability was also false advertising. I asked for a refund 8/13 immediately after I saw it. Advertised as 100% 8/13 and 50% 8/14. Refund was refused VRBO agent said nothing she could do. Told me to contact the host, which I did. He was unresponsive, which I noted in the chat. He the sarcastically responded next day. Worst experience I’ve ever had with VRBO and a host…"

"It was a place to lay our head for the night. Mostly clean. The room door had been kicked in at some point (not during our 1 night stay) and the door only had 1 lock left that was very loosely attached to the door. But the room was a nice big size and it was a quiet stay. It was also a cheap room price. "
