"The hotel looks more like a 80s motel. Dirty, only one elevator working and super slow and outdated, didn’t feel safe. The property doesn’t have any amenities, not even a vending machine to get a bottle of water. The parking was as dirty as a construction site, really hard to maneuver and park, doesn’t feel safe to leave the car in there, the space is open to anyone to enter and exit. The room is big but disgusting, dirty, outdated, smelly and the bed was super uncomfortable. No pillows, just 3 little cushions flat and very uncomfortable. Only local channels in the tv and the quality was bad. In addition the whole
Property smell like marijuana and the customers in the other rooms were loud. One of The worst experience I had in my life. "
"There is no parking. There is no breakfast. The bed was like a rock. The host refused to communicate with us during our stay. This is the worst experience I’ve had in Philly, and that’s a pretty wild statement considering how often I visit here."
"Everything was smooth and easy. Had a great time. The rooftop terrace was awesome. Got to see the skyline and some stars. Just really enjoyed our stay there! And a couple little questions I had and information we needed Brittani was on it immediately like when I forgot the code lol only they waited like seconds to get in so thank you you awesome time and mommy will come back down again. We’re definitely staying there.! and I love the mural that they’re painting on the fences and wall walls. Go BIRDS!"
"I never actually complain about hotels but this one just really really miss the Mark. My room was dirty. Every vent was not just dusty but covered in like cub sized dust and it was gross. I had to ask for a towel towels and then I still didn’t get them. I had nothing but issues with the valet and it’s not that they weren’t nice because they were nice. It is just that that you can tell that the employees in that hotel are very overworked. I definitely did not like the shower. There’s no vent in the bathroom and there’s no heat lamp either so it gets a little muggy in there and I did not like that but you also get really cold in the shower because the whole back end is open and maybe that’s the thing I know that’s a thing but I just did not enjoy it. Not getting towels definitely set me off, but then not getting towels when I asked her towels like that. That is something that is so gross to me. I don’t even have words and the day that I left I sent for the valet and it took the 25 minutes when I got down there my car was not there. They told me that they couldn’t find my car and it was like a whole thing. I was not very happy and I will not be staying there again."

"We drove to the neighborhood where the apartment was located and instantly felt that the neighborhood was not safe and decided to leave. We did not even check into nor return to the apartment. I felt we did not get an accurate depiction of the neighborhood from the online description of the location of the apartment."

"The experience was not Hilton's best. My family and I were welcomed in a older accommodation. The toilet seat in the 1st bathroom was very shaky and needed to be replaced. The room needed to be renovated. The 2nd bathroom's toilet was clogged and needed a plunger. When we called the front desk, the phone continued to ring out. After trying to get in touch with the hotel, the front desk finally answered and told us that maintenance had left for the day, and we needed to come and get the plunger.
Breakfast was from 6:30 -9:30 a.m. At breakfast the next morning, we arrived at 8:30 a.m. The breakfast committee ran out of certain items and were not replenishing the items for all of the guests in the hotel to enjoy. The food was not up to par because they did not have food warmers in the breakfast area to keep them warm. I have never been to any Hilton Hotel that did not have warmers/or sternos to keep food warm as guests come through for the 3 - 4 hour breakfast period. The next day at breakfast, they ran out of items and never replenished them for the guests. The food was nasty, soggy, overly greasy, etc. There was a spill in the breafast area and thecwater was on the floor entirely too long. This hotel is in need of more staff to help them run things smoothly. One of the breakfast staff members also had all of her "big hair" out around the food without a hair net on, and the next day at breakfast, she had on a scarf as if she was going to bed. This is not "professional" on any "
