"I recently stayed at The Ridge Hotel and once again had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff made me feel welcome and at home. The check-in process is always smooth and efficient, and it’s always a pleasure to be greeted by name (I stay here often). Their genuine friendliness and caring attitude set the tone for a great 3 day stay. The parking accommodations are convenient and hassle-free, making it easy to get in and out of the hotel. This is a huge plus, especially when you’re traveling with a lot of luggage or after a long drive. I also had the opportunity to dine at the hotel restaurant, and the quality of the food was exceptional. The dishes were flavorful and well-prepared, and the service was top-notch. Their pizza is amazing and highly recommended! The front desk team has always been solid, consistently providing excellent service. It’s clear they remember their regular guests and go out of their way to make each stay special. Their warmth and attentiveness are truly appreciated. "

"From the moment we walked in, the lobby area was cozy and inviting, chic. We had individual muffins waiting for us to choose as the front desk was closed after we had arrived. They emailed me information regarding directions to find our room and left an envelope on the desk. The room was pristine, designed with thoughtful notes and details, decorated beautifully with more goodies waiting for us in our room! The refrigerator was stocked with 6 cans of sodas, 2 additional bottles of wine (1st bottle complimentary), and 3 bottles of Fiji water for the coffeemaker. Everything was top notch, the heated floors in bathroom, cozy robes, mattress, we didn’t want to leave. It was exquisite— SO SO BEAUTIFUL!! We will definitely return!! Thank you "
