"I had requested two rooms with two queen size beds each. Upon arrival, we were given one room with two beds & one room with a king size bed. No excuse, I was told that that was how it was transmitted. (not correct). In our room, there was only one hand towel and one face towel. Two bath towels only. The breakfast area had only two tables for forty + rooms -- and the orange juice was not drinkable. I WILL NEER STAY AT THIS FACILITY in the balance of my lifetime. In the future, I will use the booking services of a different agency."
