I was unhappy that the hefty “resort fee” had been hidden in fine print, adding significantly to the cost of the room. "We were locked out of our room while we were at breakfast, at 8:30a.m., apparently some computer error. We had to wait 15 minutes for the manager to come and reactivate the card. The bathroom is very small and uncomfortable. There are no shelves in the shower stall, to put soap, shampoo and conditioner. ..."
