"I found a tick in the bed that bit me twice. The WiFi code was expired. The bed was hard as a rock. There was no land line to call the office. I had to go to the restaurant to communicate. The sausage at breakfast was horrible. I had to spit it out. I made them give me credit for the second night. I told them I was not going to stay there another night. They did credit me on that but should have reimbursed on the first night also but I didn’t ask them to do that ."
"The room was clean and smelled really nice, but I ALWAYS check the beds for bugs as I have had a bad experience at a motel a couple yrs ago. I pulled down the linens and checked the bed and there was a bedbug right in the center of the bed. I took a pic and I called the desk as I had just checked in. I was told they hadn't had any probs in the past with bedbugs, but she would move me to a diff room, She immediately came down and asked if she could take a pic and she came in and she apologized...
