This cozy cottage on Sunset Drive is just over 1 mile from the popular Ark Encounter themed attraction! This 3 bed/1.5 bath is perfect for your group of 6! With easy access to downtown Williamstown, Rt 75, and plenty more, you will be in the perfect spot to enjoy everything this gorgeous area has to offer. Enjoy grilling on the back deck, or playing games in the lower level of the house making the most of this lovely cottage!



The Space:

This cozy brick cottage is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen equipped with all the essentials for everyday cooking needs, a comfortable living room, and a deck off the house with built-in benches, a grill, and access to the sloping back yard. You'll also find laundry units and table games in the basement, just off the kitchen!



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home. Entry is through the front door using a unique key code. Access to the home is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.



We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.

Trip to the Ark

The house was exactly as said and super convenient to the Ark. We had an issue with the electricity due to the storm so management let us move to another house and gave us 2 nights refund. Both homes were very nice and clean. Lots of needed items including such as coffee pot w/sugar packs, dishes, body wash and shampoo/conditioner, etc. Super impressed!!!!!

Great option for the Ark Encounter

My husband and I took the grandmas to see the ark. We had to run home for a nap in the middle of the day and the house was 5 minutes away so that was amazing! The house was clean and everything was very nice. Beds were comfy. I didn’t realize when we booked that there was a half bath off one of the bedrooms so that was an added bonus. The kitchen was stocked with a lot more than typical rentals. Olive oil, coffee, tea, coffee filters, trash bags, saran wrap, etc. Our daughter enjoyed the games in the basement! We would recommend and book again.

The kids loved playing downstairs. We appreciated the bbq grill for grilling steaks. The house was very clean and communication was good. We really loved that it was so close to the Ark.

Each room was clean amd had a. Great theme. The Astronaut room, Kentucky room wirh privat we bath, and dinosaur twin bed room. Eeverything was clesn, well organized and very comfortable. Highly recommend it. Extremely close to THE ARK RNCOUNTER. They had a huge TV andRecommended places to eat.

Great stay and place!

The property was great! It was comfortable and had everything we needed. My kids absolutely loved all the stuffed animals in their room and we played in the basement for a while too. The beds were very comfortable. My complaint is that it was “dusty,” like there were cats and it wasn’t cleaned well. Whatever the cause, I couldn’t stop sneezing whenever I was inside.
