We truly hope you have enjoyed your stay. Check out is promptly by 11am. Check out instructions: 1) Remove all trash & place in the outside receptacles. 2) Load and start the dishwasher.
3) Remove sheets from beds that have been used & place in front of the washer. 4) Please start a load of towels. 5) Adjust the thermostat to 67 in winter/73 in summer, upon leaving.
6) Place the key in the lockbox & roll the numbers to lock. 7) Message or call Keisha to let her know you are leaving. Her number is 859-866-0680. Thank you and safe travels!

Pleasant Stay

Our family of six enjoyed our stay. Communication from Keisha was always quick. The home was tidy and views beautiful. We were about 15 minutes from the Ark Encounter and close to town.

Cozy & Clean Stay!

Stayed overnight to go to a concert in Lexington then Ark Encounter next day. This home was clean and had everything we needed with thoughtful extras! We enjoyed it and appreciate the thoughtfulness and coziness! We also loved Beans in Dry Ridge. Will come back sometime for sure.

Wonderful Stay

What a beautiful home! We had a group of 6 that stayed here while we attended a conference at the The Ark. The space was perfect for us. It was more economical than the hotel near by and we truly felt like we had a home base to relax in. Having the full kitchen allowed us to have meals so we saved money on food, full size refrigerator was a huge help as well. Our host was attentive and very sweet. Definitely keeping this one in our favorites list.

It was a beautiful home. The shower was really small, overall it was a beautiful stay. Just wish the shower was a little bit bigger. But the house was fully stocked we didn't have to go and eat out every night, we fixed meals there and it was beautiful and fun and intimate. The view is amazing

Great Ark and Creation Museum Family Weekend

Lovely little home with big porch, beautiful view and everything we needed. 15 minutes from Ark, Walmart, restaurants. 45 minutes from Creation Museum and sights in Cincinnati. Fully stocked kitchen. Enjoyed watching DVDS. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to find.

It’s a nice and peaceful neighborhood with a down-home country feel. We felt right at home. The beds were really comfortable. The only complaint was the shower was a bit small. But other than that, our stay was wonderful very easy. Check in and check out.

We enjoyed our quick stay after being in a hotel at a conference for a few days. It was cozy, welcoming and peaceful. We liked being on the outskirts, and enjoyed the short drive to the main street area with restaurants, ice cream and shops. It is very close to the ark too!

Immaculate accommodation near lake.

The house was immaculate, well stocked, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, nice deck, great communication with owner and in a nice neighborhood. We took a walk on the road behind the house and were able to have nice views of the lake. I would definitely stay here again.

Adorable country place to stay

We loved staying. The house is so cute and clean. Cozy atmosphere and the host has everything you need all the way down to a binder with everything around you. I found that a super bonus especially with kids. Got to see some deer and a bunny out in the fields. We will be back again.
