Nestled in the heart of Williamstown, this charming 3 BR, 2 Bath, 1700 sq ft home is awaiting your arrival. Built in 1915, this home has been completely renovated and opened in November 2019. Take a look at our pictures to see for yourself! Gray's Landing is ready for you to kick back and relax, whether your travel is for business or pleasure. Conveniently located 1.8 miles to the Ark Encounter and 44 miles to Creation Museum. Whatever brings you here, we would love to have you stay at Gray's Landing... you will not be disappointed.

Guests will have access to the entire home except the basement. There is 1 bedroom & 1 full double vanity bathroom on the main floor, along with the kitchen, family room & a quiet sitting room with a queen sofa sleeper. With a keyless entry, you will enter on the main floor to the family room with a step down into the kitchen and bedroom. The 2nd floor provides 2 more bedrooms and 1 full spacious bathroom. Cable TV and Wi Fi are provided, along with USB ports for charging phones in the kitchen and bedrooms. All new standard size appliances, including washer and dryer are available for use and the kitchen is well stocked for your cooking needs. Keurig is provided, along with a variety of Kcups, sugar and creamer.

There’s a variety of games, puzzles and DVD’s offered to entertain your family, along with a patio table and chairs behind the home if you prefer the outdoors complete with privacy fencing. This spacious, historic, quaint home is ready to host your family... read our reviews & give us a try!

Great location for Noah’s Ark and short drive to the Creation Museum. The home is so pretty and decorated so nice. The perfect place for my family of 6 to stay.

Perfect for our 4-sibling family reunion!

Lovely home and wonderful hosts... and it was a great price! Would stay here again. It's location is less than 10 minutes from the Ark Encounter and we came home for lunch each day during our Ark visit.

Family Ark visit

This house was perfect for our family visit to the Ark

This house was perfect for our family while we were in Kentucky to visit the Creation Museum and the Ark. The house is laid out well for families with sleeping quarters both downstairs and upstairs. We enjoyed the outdoor patio as the weather was so nice while we were there.

Wonderful stay!

The house was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and up to date. The kitchen was stocked well. We had two families staying and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house provided a safe and clean location while we visited the Ark and Creation Museum. Would definitely stay again if I were in the area!

Clean, Comfortable, Cozy, Classy, & Close to the Ark

Clean is the most important thing, and it was. Next is comfort, and this place was very comfortable (one bed upstairs was not). The cozy touches were very tasteful and the entire place showed some class. Closeness to the Ark was great for us.

Gray’s Landing is absolutely charming! Our family loved the stay and will definitely be back. Everything was so clean and beautifully decorated for the holidays. Being only 1.8 miles from the Ark Encounter made a long day at the park with 3 tired grandchildren perfect to come home too. ❤️
