Very comfortable!
We stayed for three nights and we were very comfortable. The apt is very clean and well maintained. The bathroom and shower are great. The bed is outstanding! Perfect for two people, but not really suited for a family. To us, it was very cozy and felt like home. The kitchen met our needs, and has a fullsize frig and a microwave. Heads-up, no stove. Coffee is Keurig. The unit is also very quiet. Occasionally, a train rumbles past, but they are fast and short-lived and not too noisy. Very close to the Ark Encounter which is easy to get to. The room has internet, TV and cable - Thank you! The Jalisco Restaurant is very close and is outstanding Mexican food. Well worth it. Overall, a great stay, comfortable and perfect place to stay for a couple going to visit the Ark Encounter.

Met and exceeded our expectations
We chose this particular apartment rental because of the excellent reviews it received. It not only met, but exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, quiet and very comfortable. The communication we received from our contact person was excellent. The check in process and check out process was easy. We were right in downtown, which was a very quaint place with lots of opportunities to meet and talk with the locals, which we’d not been able to do, had we stayed in a hotel. We enjoyed eating at Hanzie Flip Burgers right across the street and we thoroughly enjoyed walking in downtown, strolling through the beautiful local cemetery and seeing and learning so much during our 2 day tour of the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. Williamstown is a charming little community with lots of delightful people. We highly recommend this place to stay if you’re visiting Williamstown Kentucky.

Very cozy, clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Faye was wonderful and super responsive to texts. Minutes from Ark Encounter, which was wonderful. Also loved Elk Creek Winery! Apartment was perfect for 2 and town was super quaint with lovely restaurants. Recommend power strips as it was difficult with multiple electronics.

The perfect place to stay if you are visiting the Ark. Only 3 miles away. The studio apt. was very nice. Just make sure you can handle going upstairs to the studio which we had no problems. I loved having the recliners.

Located in a beautiful downtown area. Check-in was easy. The unit was very clean and the bed comfortable. Everything we needed was in the unit. It's an older building and the walls are very thin. Noise and voices coming from adjacent units and down the hallway could be heard very easily. The window AC unit that cools the unit worked well but was very loud. However, it did help to mask the noise level coming from outside the unit. Overall a very nice and unique experience.

Overall it was a great experience, it's proximity to the Ark Experience was great, there just isn't much to do in the town of Williamstown itself. There were no real dining options in the town itself.

This cozy little apartment was so close to the Ark Encounter. Belles BBQ restaurant was right across the street. It hardly looked like it was open, and it was excellent food. Very quiet street other than that. Beans bakery was about 10 minutes away and was excellent too. Perfect for a short stay

Super convenient to the Ark!
Comfy stay in this clean studio. Minutes away from the Ark and 45 minutes from the Creation museum. An hour away, rode a rail to trail with our own bikes from cute town of Milford Ohio to Loveland Ohio, about 17 miles. Fun side trip to beautiful Cumberland Falls, 2 hours away.

This property is located on Main Street of Williamstown and very convenient to the Ark Encounter attraction. It was very clean and had been recently remodeled. We had very restful, night's sleep during our stay. The local BBQ place just down the street was a touch of small town USA atmosphere and hospitality.

Too hot to sleep.
The unit was very clean. The bed was comfortable. However, the air conditioner was too loud for sleeping. Probably should be updated. Also, there was a bulky, uncomfortable couch at the end of the bed; which was not shown in the listing.

Faye was an excellent host , very quick to respond to questions , newly remolded place perfect for weekend getaway for two people , only thing that was hard to get used to was the AC unit right at the bed running all night , but I would definitely stay there again

Just what we needed
This rental was perfect for us and the owners were so helpful and accommodating. We arrived late our first night and they left lights on for us. Had no trouble finding the location, the owners supplied adequate directions. The room was clean and comfortable. We picked this location due to proximity to the Ark encounter and Cincinnati. We visited the Cincinnati Zoo one day and it was just a short 40 minute drive. This location allowed us a peaceful quiet place to stay away from the city. There was not much open in Williamstown while we were there. We had hoped to visit the coffee shop next door, but it’s closed sundays and mondays. Plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great Place
The apartment for clean, comfortable and very quiet. Unlike motels where there is always noise, day and night, this very quiet and peaceful. We went to the Creaction first and the traffic was terrible but was lot less in Williamstown. Very convenient to the Ark. Very glad we stayed there. Faye is a very nice lady. Thanks for recommending Faye' s place.

We thought it would be fun to stay right downtown. The studio apartment had been all updated. The bed was comfortable and all we needed was there. However, staying in this small town we thought there would be little shops and things we could do. But alas there is not much in this what could be so cute downtown area.

The privacy and the cleanliness. We were warmly welcomed and we felt comfortable almost immediately. Very convenient and easy to drive to. Stairway is a little steep for seniors.

My husband and I were celebrating our 5th year wedding anniversary and decided to visit the Ark Encounter in Williamstown, KY. We found this guest suite to be an awesome alternative to the hotels in the area. It was clean and had pretty much everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Plus it was only 6 mins away from the Ark! Faye was extremely accommodating and very communicative. I do think it's worth noting that the apt suite is relatively close to the train tracks and it seemed like there was a train passing by every few hours. But overall, this was a very nice place to stay!

Great place to stay!!
We had a great time during our visit in Williamsburg Kentucky. This apartment is very nice, very clean and comfortable. Any questions we had , were answered very quickly . Everyone we met was very friendly and accommodating . We mainly went there to see the Ark Encounter , and the Creation Museum. They were amazing!! We found many other fun things to do in the area. We drove up to Newport, there is a nice aquarium up there and the Levee, where they have great restaurants and little shops to go to. There also is the Purple People Bridge. You can walk across it, and on the other side is Cincinnati Ohio. We drove South little bit, to Kincaid State Park. It was a nice park, they have an outdoor swimming pool! Florence Kentucky has a very nice Mall that we went to. All of these places were within a 30 to 45-minute drive.

Super cute apartment. Faye was so accommodating. We asked if she could have a box fan for my husband and I to sleep and she said that would be no problem. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay visiting the Ark comfortable. Very cozy and cute.
