"This resort is beautiful and everything is well kept. The buffet didn’t have a lot of options but we always found something to eat. You can make reservations at any of the restaurants through customer service as well. The golf carts are very needed to travel around the resort. Also, you can visit the neighbor hotel Pineapple! "We stayed in a Diamond Club room with the plunge pool. Our butler was Andre and he was very attentive to our needs. I like the butler service but wished the pool was more private. It’s really one long pool connected to the other ground floor rooms so it wasn’t really a personal pool. Nevertheless, it was nice to step from your patio to the pool and not be bothered with a lot of people in the pool with you. I’m not a buffet person so we never try the buffet or the room service, which is 24 hrs....
