It was apparent that the property inside and outside had not been well kept. Layers of dust were on the surfaces, 2 out three curtains in the living room were hung backwards and nearly ready to fall of the wall. The kitchen counter was gritty, the bay window in the kitchen was filled with dead inscects, but the refridgerator was new...
