"They need some footing helpers in the bathtub. The tub was slippery as ice and has only a grab bar which did not help me when I slipped and fell in the tub but was helpful when I pulled myself back up. Thought I might have cracked a rib but it's feeling a bit better today so likely just some bruised muscle. But $2 worth of bathtub stick on anti slip pads would be a good item to bring with you. And the in room phone was totally non functional."
