"Check in was fast, A/C did not work in first room, was moved to another with no hassle...A/C in second room worked but was loud, bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was mediocre at best...no waffles or pancakes, apple juice didn't work till the last day of stay, no milk for 2 days but yet still put out cereal, tried the eggs the first day and they were wet and mushy, only one toaster available for a 7 story hotel that is not acceptable.....for the price it is a decent hotel...."

"The climate control system had a mind of its own. When we entered our room the AC was apparently set at 65. I tried repeatedly to set it a few degrees higher, but every time it would revert back to 65. Waking in the middle of the night, the room felt cold. I raised the set point as high as 75; the displayed temp would drift higher momentarily, then right back to 65. We were cold all night and in the morning I just shut it off completely. Frustrating !"

"The accommodations were clean. The linens and bedding were clean. The staff was helpful. The only complaint that I have was they were a little bit chintzy on the coffee and the cups left in the room. Other than that our stay was excellent and great. The continental breakfast was fantastic. This location is beautiful. A lot around the area within walking distance."

"Waking up to no running water to bathe or brush your teeth is completely unacceptable. I was very disappointed with my stay. When I mentioned the issue to the front desk, there seemed to be very little concern, and no effort was made to offer compensation, points, or any type of accommodation for the inconvenience. The lack of empathy and customer service only added to an already frustrating experience."
