"There were no wash clothes in the room. Went to the desk and asked for some. They stated they are on order and we don’t have any. A/C not working went to desk again after hours. No one would answer on call phone line."

"This is my absolute favorite hotel! My partner and I stayed here 2 nights to attend a craft fair and will be choosing Mariott every year from now on! The key to our door was malfunctioning the night we arrived and the employees/manager were so helpful! They had it fixed the very next morning and it truly showed us how important our comfort and safety was to them. Overall it was a wonderful experience, beautiful room, and delicious breakfast! "We stayed at the hotel this past weekend for a friend's wedding, and it couldn't have been a better experience. If you’re looking for a stress-free stay, especially for an event, this is the place. The biggest selling point for us was the proximity to the wedding venue. It was literally right next door—a two-minute walk—which made the transition from the ceremony to the reception incredibly easy. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was. We had plenty of "getting ready" space for multiple people without feeling cramped. The room was immaculate. You could tell the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work; every surface was dust-free, and the linens were crisp. While our stay was mostly positive, I must highlight a significant concern regarding the in-room amenities. The iron provided was outdated and poorly maintained. Regrettably, despite following standard care instructions, the iron malfunctioned and scorched the dress I intended to wear to the wedding. This was an extremely unfortunate incident, especially given the timing of the event. I would strongly recommend that management audit their laundry appliances to ensure they match the otherwise high quality of the guest rooms."

"This house fit our families so well. It lives big with lots of different areas to catch up with a friend. Plenty of seating to watch March Madness. Outside and inside tables provided two areas for games. Big table inside allowed us all to eat meals together. Grocery store and Specs are an easy drive. The swing overlooking the canal earned bonus points from me while the teenagers turned the dock into a sunbathing platform. The host is very responsive. "

"The house was large enough for our group. It had most of everything we needed for our stay. It has the basics for dishes in the kitchen. The coffe pot is only a 5-6 cup maker so if you like your coffee in the morning, I'd recommend bringing your own coffee maker. We didn't use the pool. The landscape by the pool area did not look anything like the photo posted online. It had a partially built brick patio. We had some plumbing issues with the master shower not draining and the kitchen sink was clogged on one side. The host did offer to send a plumber right away when we contacted them. There was complimentary body wash, shampoo, conditioner to use however a couple of the bottles were only half full. There were towels for use. The games provided were missing pieces. The house had a mildew smell and was in need of a deep clean too. With the minor fixes and a good cleaning we would consider staying here again. The neighborhood was quiet and the host was easy to contact and was quick to respond. "
