"Beautiful property, so much space. Lots of stairs but manageable. Pool is fabulous and all 17 of us agreed we would be back, and we rarely agree on anything. Excellent for family reunion "

"Breakfast was nice. Air conditioner was good. Poorly painted walls and decorating was minimal but I wasn't there for the looks."

"This house fit our families so well. It lives big with lots of different areas to catch up with a friend. Plenty of seating to watch March Madness. Outside and inside tables provided two areas for games. Big table inside allowed us all to eat meals together. Grocery store and Specs are an easy drive. The swing overlooking the canal earned bonus points from me while the teenagers turned the dock into a sunbathing platform. The host is very responsive. "

"The house was large enough for our group. It had most of everything we needed for our stay. It has the basics for dishes in the kitchen. The coffe pot is only a 5-6 cup maker so if you like your coffee in the morning, I'd recommend bringing your own coffee maker. We didn't use the pool. The landscape by the pool area did not look anything like the photo posted online. It had a partially built brick patio. We had some plumbing issues with the master shower not draining and the kitchen sink was clogged on one side. The host did offer to send a plumber right away when we contacted them. There was complimentary body wash, shampoo, conditioner to use however a couple of the bottles were only half full. There were towels for use. The games provided were missing pieces. The house had a mildew smell and was in need of a deep clean too. With the minor fixes and a good cleaning we would consider staying here again. The neighborhood was quiet and the host was easy to contact and was quick to respond. "

"A lot of area beautification needs to be done. Ants, and bugs were present in full force. Location was nice. Comfort was fine. The over powering smell of cologne took some time getting used too. There is NO hot tub. There is but it’s not hooked up to gas or a heater unit. "

"Trey was great. Easy check-in and could access the house as soon as we pulled up. My family and I enjoyed the big patio with the waterfront view. Very peaceful and calm. Kids loved seeing the wildlife including turtles in the water. Living area is very big which allowed for everyone to relax or play board games comfortably. Overall we are very pleased to have spent our time there. "

"Great place to stay and was very convenient with the private boat ramp nearby. Will look to stay here again for the same bass tournament next year."
