I was in a pet room, so that may have accounted for the curtains with some marks and the floor needed a deeper clean. "

"Hotels.com inaccurately described the room, I selected is having a kitchenette. None of their units have a kitchenette. There is some question as to whether the amenities I signed up for that also included a sitting area and ocean view were communicated to the property as I was first assigned to a room that had none of these. Once I showed my reservation to the host, they changed me to a room with a sitting area and an ocean view.. "
