"The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and when I told the front desk about it, I was blown off. Was told that they would reset the router which they never did. The woman working the front desk made it pretty clear that she couldn’t be bothered to help me with the issue."

"This was a Motel 6, we were not expecting luxury, the rooms were small, but functional and sufficiently clean. The biggest issue was checking in, they have some sort of computer screen with a, "virtual front desk" which had me input all my information, including scanning my ID, to only then tell me that I couldn't check us in since the room was booked under my spouse's name. Thankfully they were in the car, but if not then what? And then we still had an issue due to my ID having been scanned already. The actual person at the desk, (who I can only assume is there watching her job be taken by a screen while they work out the bugs) then took over and was lovely and helpful and got us all squared away, but it all seemed unnecessarily frustrating at 10pm after a long day of travel."
