"You get what you pay for - cheap, not value. Spent the first 2 hours cleaning because it was barely touched - even dining table and chairs had crumbs and spill stains. The coffee maker was black inside the water compartment. I had to pick up silverware and dish soap from the dollar store because there was only 2 forks and spoons for a place advertised for 6 and no dish soap to clean dishes. I’m confident my cleaning and items I left behind for the next guests will be reimbursed by karma. Oh,...

Luxurious Glamping Dome Oasis in the Heart of The Catskills, 1.5 HR from NYC.

"Very nicely secluded and the overall setup was great. Both the dome and bathroom facilities were very clean and the grass area where the dome is located was cut nicely. It was chilly weather but the heater in the dome worked great and was a definite plus (also has AC as well) Cons: The fire pit should have been cleared of all the leaves in it to make it more appealing. The hot water heater was not working on the shower so I Took an incredibly cold shower. I also feel having a roll of paper towels in the dome supplied for the guest would be a good idea. Also making sure there is enough water in the drinking water jug and bathroom containers before a guest checks in should be done. Overall a great experience with just some more attention to detail to be aware of to make the next visit that much more confortable.."

"A comfortable and cozy little retreat by the water!!I took my sisters here for a much-needed getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city, and it was absolutely worth it. The host was exceptionally accommodating and maintained excellent communication both before and throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend this property to others. We look forward to returning again in the future!!"

"Check in was seamless, parking was very easy with lots of spaces to pull into right out front. The house itself was spotlessly clean and spacious with lots of spaces for us to gather. The yard was totally private and if it hadn't been raining while we were there, we would have taken advantage of the circles of chairs in the yard and on the porches. The host was gracious and responded very quickly when I needed to reach out for early check in. Then, soon after we left, she reached back out to me with photos of a few things left behind and is now mailing me my winter coat."

"We had a great stay at the ranch. Rose, the owner, was so nice. She brought me coffee in the morning and let my kids feed the animals with her. She has a very pretty property and we were able to take a canoe out on the pond. It was a great stay. I’ve seen other reviews with complaints, but it’s important to remember, this is a rustic camping experience. If you are looking for luxury, this might not be for you. But if you love nature and are up for an adventure, you will have a good trip. The Ranch is a rescue nonprofit and we really enjoyed meeting the animals."
