  • Newly remodeled interior! Centrally-located making everything convenient! The University, coffee, restaurants, breweries, bars, and shopping are close. Only 5.7 miles from the ILM airport, 3.5 miles from historic downtown , and 5 miles from Wrightsville Beach. One block from the river to the sea bike trail that will guide you to downtown or Wrightsville Beach. Long Leaf Park (free splashpad for kids) and Empie Park are very close. Completely fenced yard w/ doggie door accessible if needed.
