Enjoy all the benefits of living with a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Downtown Wilmington while enjoying the peace and quiet of a spacious, newly renovated home! The home was specifically designed during the renovation process to exude an environment of peace, tranquility and coastal relaxation that we hope you enjoy to its fullest capacity. Even with its prime walkability to downtown, nearby breweries and cargo district, you are only a couple of miles away from Wilmington's major businesses and of course you'll only be a 20 minute drive to the beach!

The home consists of a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath with bedroom furnishings of 1 king bed and 2 queen beds as well as a queen sleeper sofa for any additional guests during your stay. Each bedroom has been renovated to provide a unique character to each individual room!

Enjoy all the amenities included in this property including a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor entertainment space and grilling area, high speed internet, Smart TVs, Google Nests, board games, books, you name it! There are 2 off street parking spots on a tucked in side street with ample street parking (no permit required) if needed for additional guests.

Rest easy while in the comforts of home with exterior security cameras and top of the line touchpad door locks for easy access to the home during your stay. Enjoy the newly renovated property and all the charming characteristics that make this home a gem in the perfect location!

Race Weekend

We stayed here while we were participating in a half-marathon. The house was in an excellent location and close to many things. It was nice to have a large place to come back and relax after the race. Cameron, the host, was exceptional and very responsive in communication!

Great home near downtown Wilmington!

I stayed here with friends for a weekend and we had a wonderful time. The property is great, the hosts are helpful and friendly, and the location is fantastic! Definitely recommend!

LOVELY

What a LOVELY stay. House is big and bright and airy! Super tall ceilings and light furnishings made this place PERFECT for calling home while in Wilmington. Great location to walk around and walk to downtown restaurants and watering holes. Very convenient to the rest of Wilmington to, it felt like anything from any where took 15 min to get to including beaches. A stay here definitely feels like a vacation 😊

PERF!

House is lovely! Short walk to downtown. LOVELY neighborhood sidewalks everywhere. Nice little back porch with back yard. The house is stocked with everything. Everyone enjoyed the beds and there were ceiling fans in all the rooms! Really went beyond our expectations……we were there for a while too! Thanks Carmen!!!
