  • Just steps to UNCW’s beautiful campus, Bluethenthal wildflower preserve, and the Cross City Trail, this 1930’s farmhouse has been lovingly restored and is ready for your coastal adventure!
    This space features ample off street parking, hardwood floors throughout, with two cozy bedrooms upstairs and the spacious Master downstairs. Only 8 minutes to Wrightsville beach, 8 minutes to Downtown Wilmington by car. Walkable to so many great local restaurants, parks, and Trader Joe’s!
