Wonderful and chic 1 bedroom apartment 3 blocks from the Riverwalk. Best location in Wilmington, near everything. there are 2 total beds (1 queen in bedroom and pullout in living room) Freshly painted and thoughtful amenities to make you feel right at home. Keurig machine fully stocked to help you start your day. 50 inch smart TVs. Bedroom has built in USB ports in the lamps. Living room built in USB and outlets in the end tables. Nice outside patio as well to relax and chill. Free on site parking as well. This is the place to stay!

This unit is part of a gorgeous , historic triplex in the heart of downtown Wilmington. There is another 1 bedroom apartment in addition to this unit upstairs, as well as a terrific downstairs 2 bedroom apartment.

Great Weekend Stay

Charming home, awesome location

We enjoyed our stay in Wilmington. This property was nice & met our needs. Nothing fancy but simple & adequate. The location was optimal for walking to all activities on the riverwalk.

Awesome place to stay!

The unit is just like the pictures and the check in/out process is perfect. I would definitely come back to this location! However, make sure to keep car doors locked and you may want to buy bug spray if you go during warm months!

This apartment was perfect location to explore Wilmington. Great neighborhood, and walking distance to downtown. Parking was super easy, as was the check-in and check-out process. Our host was awesome and accommodated our earlier arrival time. Would stay again!

Great location for soccer tournament

My husband, teenage son and I stayed the weekend here for a soccer tourney, just 4 miles from the unit. We enjoyed having a kitchen to make breakfast each morning. I loved going for a morning run from the unit to the Riverwalk. Steven was very responsive

Cozy clean property short walk to downtown

By far one of the cleanest rentals we have been in. We enjoyed how close the property was to downtown and how cute and cozy it was. Steven was great to communicate with and our entire trip went by without any issues. We will definitely stay here or another one of their properties on our next trip to Wilmington!

Cute place in downtown Wilmington!!

Had a quick stay here and loved it! It’s a very charming little condo in downtown. We were super close to the river walk and all the restaurants and shopping! The host had great communication and the instructions for check in and parking were very clear and easy. We liked that there was a private entrance and parking. Definitely recommend staying here for a visit to downtown Wilmington!

Everything we needed!

I lived in Wilmington for 12 years and I miss it so much. My husband and I take a trip whenever we can and this time we went down to celebrate our anniversary. This place was absolutely perfect! Right in the heart of historic downtown, we were able to walk around and enjoy the city. The little balcony was perfect for drinking coffee in the morning. The host was extremely attentive and responded immediately whenever we had a question. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Place

This was a great little place to use as our home base for our mother daughter get away. We walked downtown and explored and used Ubers to explore everything else Wilmington has to offer. Very clean and private. I was thankful for the off street parking available.

Highly recommend

This is a delightful property on the 2nd floor. It is in the historic district of lovely old homes, and less than 10 minutes to the riverwalk. Steven kept us well informed about check-in and promptly answered any questions. A great stay in a well-equipped apapartment.

Beautiful, quaint apartment right in the heart of Historic Wilmington. My daughter and I loved it! She's 7 and we were easily able to walk to downtown. apt. had every amenity we needed. Quick and excellent communication with the host.

Cute, Historic and Easy Access to Downtown

We enjoyed our stay in Wilmington. The house was clean and charming. We enjoyed the easy walking distance to the downtown waterfront, where all of our activities were. The only suggestion would be to update the air conditioning units. The master bedroom unit struggles to keep up.
