Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located 2 bd/1 bath cottage in Wilmington's Cargo District - an urban, revitalized area with pedestrians & bus routes nearby. Walk to CargoWest coffee shops, eateries, & bars! Two miles to downtown, 2 m to hospital, & 9 m to beach. Perfect for remote professionals. As a 100yr old property, there is no central air; the living room & primary bedroom have individually controlled hotel-type AC/heating units. Early checkin/late checkout, & pet options.

We were only at the house a short period of time. The 2BR 1BA house was pretty much what I expected. It had all the items we needed for this trip. My group and I came to NC for a 2 Part trip. Part 1 being an MMA match that started around 5pm in Fayetteville. The match we were there to see didn't start until long after 8pm and it had very disappointing result to Justin's MMA Pro Debut. After the match, we arrived at the property after 10pm tired and sleepy. So Part 2 of our stay begins on Sunday morning in Wrightsville Beach, with an overnight before a fishing trip. The fishing trip was very successful catching Grey snapper, Black Seabass and several Grouper. The only item I noticed was a random hypodermic needle in the street behind my vehicle. I think it washed there by the rain.
Stayed 2 nights in Sep 2025
