Although this home was built in 1930, you'll enjoy all the modern luxuries one could hope for with remodeled kitchen, sleek bathrooms, and stunning hardwood floors throughout. With bright, open interiors, you’ll want to gather together in the living space fitted with a flat screen TV. This 2 BR/2 BA home sleeps 6 GUESTS, and has a great downtown Wilmington location close to some of the city’s top destinations.
The tastefully designed kitchen is open to the dining and living rooms, perfect for entertaining your guests, and offers plenty of cooking prep space with peninsula and stainless-steel appliances, plus abundant storage including sizable pantry. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find the designated dining space with dining table and chairs that seats up to 6 guests. Just down the hall, you'll find a cozy bedroom, appointed with a QUEEN bed and luxury linens, with a private, ensuite bath and glass enclosed shower.
Further down the hall you will find the second bedroom with QUEEN bed. Guests will enjoy using the hall bathroom with dual vanities and oversized shower. Curl up into bed in this calm sanctuary after a long day of exploring the town.
