About this property

Private room with separate entrance & private parking with your secluded space.

  • Brand new totally renovated room. Extra clean. Keyless entry with code. I am located within minutes of ilm Airport. Centrally located 15 minutes to Downtown Wilmington or 15/20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. I do have beach accessories that I provide for my guests located in the room. Chairs, umbrella, cooler, bag, towels etc. If there's anything I can help with upon your visit please let me know. NOTE ~ shower is NOT very big. Thank you, Dina
