The area was very nice there was a lot of parking available within walking distance. Also within walking distance was a lot of local businesses and restaurants, many of which the host told us about. The place was very clean when we arrived and was well organized with all the items offered. The whole stay the host gave recommendations that were appreciated and very nice. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great Location

We had an amazing stay in downtown Wilmington! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the riverfront, shops, and restaurants. The property was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was easy to reach and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely Lovely Stay

The apartment is an absolute delight for a visit to downtown Wilmington. Everything was clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked and organized for our stay. The host offered many suggestions for fun activities, that we tried several of, as well as being super helpful telling us about parking and the check-in procedures. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun stay in the heart of downtown and would love to visit again in the future.

Spring Break getaway

My husband and I stayed in this rental over spring break while visiting family that were expecting a new baby. We love the downtown area and this unit was in the perfect location to enjoy the many places we love to frequent in Wilmington. The check in process was super simple and the rental was very safe with a locked main entrance. The unit was on the 3rd floor so be prepared for a few steps! The kitchen offered all the necessary items to prepare meals or stow your restaurant leftovers. There is a cozy living space and comfortable bed. The bathroom offered lots of storage as well. The biggest thing that I was thankful for, was how quiet this rental was with the businesses and nightlife. We didn't hear a peep unless the balcony door was open. We would love to use this rental again if available!
