Stunning Modern 4 Bedroom House Center of Wilmington-NO cleaning fee!

  • Absolutely stunning modern 4 bedroom House Centrally located - 5 Minutes to UNCW, 13 minutes to Wrightsville Beach and 10 minutes downtown. This house has it all! Drip coffee and Keurig coffee provided so you can sit outside on the gorgeous deck and start the day right. Super comfy beds, Smart TVs galore and a backyard perfect for entertaining. All Linens, towels , quality soap and shampoo provided. We have thought of everything ,just bring clothes! We take exceptional pride in giving our guests a fantastic experience. 3 full baths! 3 of the 4 bedrooms have Luxury King mattresses, The 4th bedroom has double bunks and sleeps 4. Total of 10 can sleep in the bedrooms. We also have a queen air mattress available, raising the total to 12 guests if needed.

Wonderful property. No issues and very easy communication with property manager. I would recommend and stay here again if we are back in the area. Two families easily could stay and each have their own family space and time when needed.

What a great house; loved the decor! They thought of everything from more than enough dishes for our family to comfy beds and more than enough bathrooms. Highly recommend this home.

The house was so nice and clean! We loved that it had all the extras incase we forgot something and the kitchen is well stocked. Deck was nice to hang out on, and plenty of space inside for everyone to spread out and relax! Thankyou for having us! We will be back!

Wedding In Wrightsville Beach

We needed a place for 7 people for my son’s wedding in Wrightsville Beach. The home exceeded our expectations- lots of room inside, ideal for multiple families, well equipped with quality 1080p TV’s in all bedrooms and living room. Huge kitchen was well stocked. Not a single negative - did hear a train one evening, but we laughed. - off in the distance. Highly recommend staying at Steven’s place.

The property was the perfect size for our group. Four nicely sized bedrooms plus 3 baths to support. Bonus - multiple King beds. Who wants to sleep in queens??? The owner was very responsive with the questions that I had and rectified one situation immediately. Clean and centrally located to different areas in Wilmington. It is located on a fairly busy corner so if you have small kids or dogs, the backyard is not completely fenced in. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Amazing Host Who Goes Above and Beyond

I had the pleasure of staying at Steven's property, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Despite a few unexpected challenges that were completely out of Steven’s control, they handled everything with professionalism and grace. They were quick to communicate and went out of their way to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, exceeding my expectations in every way. We had 11 guests and had plenty of space. Everything was very clean and reflects the images seen online. The host was excellent. The iron was missing. I had a wedding to attend so it was needed.
