The Space:

Step into a spacious and private backyard oasis designed for relaxation and fun. Unwind under the pergola, roast marshmallows by the fire pit, or enjoy a friendly game of cornhole. Inside, modern amenities and stylish decor create a cozy and inviting atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.



This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is perfect for families or groups. The fully stocked kitchen comes equipped with all the appliances you need to prepare delicious meals, while the convenient washer and dryer make extended stays a breeze. Two bedrooms feature comfortable king and queen-sized beds, and the third boasts a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and a twin on top, ensuring everyone has a cozy spot to rest.

Perfect place for a visit. Lovely property. Though we didn't stay long we enjoyed our time. The hosts were very accomadating Would love to return in the future for a longer stay.

House was very clean and nice. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Yard needed a little cleaning up. But overall it was just what we needed.

This property was in a quiet location with plenty of parking for our 3 cars (coming from 3 states). The house was clean, the beds very comfortable and it was exactly as advertised. After a long day out and about, we enjoyed the chance to regroup together at the firepit. This is now my #1 choice when I return to Wilmington.

The house was in a great central location, making it easy to check out the town and get to the beach quickly. Everything was clean and just as pictured. We had a little trouble with the AC and thermostat, but messaged our host and he was super responsive and figured it out right away. We had a great time and loved the house!

Great place

Convenient to area attractions, quiet, clean, information provided was extremely well organized. Great Communication. Would definately stay again if in that area. Can't remember the name of the nearby tiny roadside oldest zoo in the area, but initially looked a bit questionable, but gambled and we all had a great time. Animals and zoo seemed well kept. Don't judge the "book" by its cover. Tour of the Battleship was exceptional. Lighthouse was closed.
