"It's hard to pick out one thing that makes the George Washington excellent. Is it the staff? Yes. But is it the ambiance of an historic hotel? Certainly. How about the location? For sure! Can it be the memories of past stays? Oh, yes as we always celebrate our anniversary in Winchester. What about the actual room? That jacuzzi and rain forest shower, king bed, and fireplace rocks! "They have renovated since I have been here last and it looks great. The Restaurant staff is perfection. The coffee staff is so so kind. Especially this one older gentleman, he made small talk with all the guests and was so informative about blackberry pastries. And the lady who manages the gift shop. She checked in consistently and was so sweet. We enjoyed our time here and the views are incredible 😲"
