"Our stay at Celadon Lodge was extraordinary. You can't possibly get any better customer service than we got from Julie and Billy. They even walked us to our room and showed us the proper code entry procedure, then after ensuring that our room met our needs they offered to help us move our luggage from the vehicle into the room. They gave us great dining recommendations in Radium Hot Springs. And they gave us pool towels for our evening soak in the Radium Hot Springs mineral pools, so we didn't have to pay for towels on site. The kitchenette was well stocked for cooking and eating, if we so chose to go that route. Everything in the room was highly functional and clean. And the balcony outside of our room had a beautiful view, with a table and chairs to further enjoy the vista and the potted flowers on the balcony rail. Lots of extra nice touches to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely stay there again if we are ever in the area."
