"This is place for refugee or very poor students. No bed sheets, dirty pillows, you get only room, no tables for working, i was on business tri. Wifi and cell signals are down in this basement. Shower and kitchen are shared with others. Aria is ok, in 2 min driving or 10 min walking nice plaza, new ..."

"A series of red flags from this location. The worst was the unclean bed sheets and the lack of towels in the bathroom. There was a lack of food prep (no functioning microwave and no stove). Also no TV."
