The only downside was the housekeeping manager was rude and dismissive and didn’t have our room cleaned. Thankful that the rest of the staff and the hotel made up for her lack of professionalism. "

"We stayed her two nights a few days apart because it was close to the Manchester airport. Both nights we got in after 1 am. Staff was so friendly and patient. Gave us all the info we needed in a quick and easy checkin so we could get to sleep."
