"We booked flat # 11 but given flat #45, it was not cleaned and ready on time. The facilities were not complete; we had to struggle to get internet connectivity. The AC is poor. The TV does not have Netflix or the Dstv is good. Furnitures are not to standard. No wine opener. No reminder, no follow up from the owners. They actually contemplated to say they do not know about the booking but we shared the booking reference and insisted. The car parking assigned to the room was occupied by another...

"We only stayed at the property for one night as a stopover between tours. The place is nice and very conveniently located within walkable distance to the few sights there are to see in Windhoek, and some restaurants and coffee shops. I got e-mails with two different unit numbers so there was some confusion at the check-in which one was the correct one. Also, the electric meter was not "filled up" so the security person had to contact the property manager to do that in order for us not to run out...
